Whether it is an individual or a group – volunteerism and support from the community make Western Welcome Week a success year after year. There is a variety of volunteer opportunities: from office work – phones, filing, computer work, errand runner, and mailings; pancake breakfast – cookers, servers, busing tables, and beverage servers; silent auction – setup, table monitors, closing, and payment takers; craft fair – block captains and hospitality; and MORE! Become a volunteer—just complete and send the Volunteer Participation Form to Western Welcome Week. Volunteer groups welcome!

Western Welcome Week Office Assistance — May through August 2021
Location: 5890 S. Bemis St. Duties: Clerical, phones, computer input, mailings, deliver brochures or posters, errands, etc. Shifts: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; any hours between 10am and 3pm
Western Welcome Week Pancake Breakfast — Sunday, August 15, 2021
Location: Geneva Park – 2255 W Berry Ave. Duties: Set up, serve, wait tables, flip pancakes, sausage makers and cookers, clean up
RiverPointe Swing Dance— Tuesday August 17, 2021
Location: RiverPointe Senior Living, 5225 S Prince St. Duties: Set up 300 Chairs under the Big Tent Shift: Tuesday, August 17th – Morning – flexible. Should only take an hour or two Duties: Set up tables Shift: Wednesday, August 18th – Flexible, anytime between 8am & 3pm Should only take an hour or two
Western Welcome Week Craft Fair — Saturday, August 21, 2021
Location: Downtown Littleton – Main, Prince, Nevada, and Curtice Streets Duties: Block Captains – assist vendors with directions assigned locations Shifts: Set up 5:30am to 7:30am – Take Down 5:00pm t0 6:30pm Duties: Hospitality Shifts: Coffee & Donuts 7:00am to 8:30am – Shifts: Refreshments 1:00pm to 2:30pm

Location: Little’s Creek Bridge at the War Memorial Rose Garden – 5804 S. Bemis St. Duties: Set up, registration, run games, assist with Duck Race, clean up Shifts: 10:00am – Noon and Noon – 2:00pm
